Because I believe that Students learn much more through “Doing” rather then “Lecturing”, my philosophy of teaching is based on that learners develop knowledge best when they are connected to and transformed by their learning – in addition to taking responsibility for that learning. In other words, my focus during the learning process is based on building Independent Learners
